As long as they aren\u2019t in pain and doing the things they love to do, they\u2019re happy. We don\u2019t appreciate that ability in dogs; they adjust to their new lifestyle.\u201d\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but I consider my response to my disability as being rather human. In fact, I think human happiness, like dogs I guess, can, and often does, come from no pain and doing what we love.
