I was there for 8 days to swim in disability culture, see my arty-type friends, and, oh yeah, visit my niece who I hadn\u2019t seen in years. The Festival was a marvel. It was engrossing, confounding, fun, exhausting, inspiring, and ultimately so satisfying. It was wonderful to be emersed in my community and our culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, in looking at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodiesofworkchicago.org\/festival\/event-descriptions\/38-festival-event\/33-woman-made-gallery-humans-being-ii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">show<\/a> Reva Lehrer curated I came across a new-to-me singer, LiANA. She has some nice bluesy songs relating to her disability experience.
